Villa owners don’t just get a strong financial return they also get use of the villas along with all the lodge facilities at no cost, including:
BOAT
The lodge has a stunning 27ft Rand Electric Boat on site which is available to guests with boating experience. This is a wonderful way of exploring the lake in summer or whilst enjoying a few drinks at sundown. Boat bookings are made at the time of accommodation bookings. A skipper can be included for a small charge.
BIKES
Waimarino has a mix of dual suspension Scott mountain bikes and electronically assisted mountain bikes. These are available from reception during your stay or can also be pre-booked at no cost..
YOGA STUDIO
All guests and owners have use of the yoga studio 24/7 and are also welcome to attend classes held by our instructor each day. These classes are free of charge to owners.
DAY SPA
The Waimarino day spa has a beautiful selection of treatments, from facials to massages, scrubs to detox treatments these services can be pre-booked or arranged via reception or any member of staff and come at no extra charge to villa owners.
RESTAURANT
Our on-site restaurant is our pride and joy. From planting and growing the produce to cooking elements over our outdoor fires using manuka wood, we are rather passionate about what we cook. Villa owners are provided with breakfast and dinner during their stay at no extra charge and can also order our sumptuous picnic hampers for their lunch to be enjoyed on the deck of their own villa, in our gardens, at the lakes edge, out on the lodge boat or on your very own adventure.
DISTILLERY
Founding villa owners are to be gifted an equal share in the on-site distillery including its property, business and assets. Ownership is held via shares in Still Waters Distillery Limited.
Each Villa owner is entitled to 1/26th ownership with shareholding being split equally amongst villa owners, the residence owner and Waimarino's founder.
The gin and vodka distilled on site will be available for guests on site and also sold via a distribution partner in premium bars and bottle shops. The table to the left is a conservative estimate of business performance. Distillery earnings will be paid to villa owners twice yearly..
LODGE VEHICLES
The lodge will have a small fleet of Audi all electric E-tron vehicles which are available for owner use when staying at the property.
The E-tron is the first all-electric vehicle from Audi, and is the very pinnacle of automotive technology; with all of the performance, luxury and appointment that are trademarks of the Audi brand. Driven by two-electric motors,
a new electric quattro all-wheel drive and a superbly finished interior fit for five adults , the E-tron continues Audi’s skill of combining engaging performance with practicality and uncompromising luxury.
The vehicles have a range of approximately 380km on one charged and can be recharged at the lodge car park.
Vehicle's can be booked at the time of making your accommodation booking and are a luxurious way to explore the stunning Queenstown region.
The vehicles are supplied at no cost to villa owners, are fully insured for owner use and require no fuel.

Waimarino has a dedicated owners concierge on staff at all times. This person can assist owners with:
• Airport transfers
• Waimarino Audi car use
• Waimarino boat use, launching and retrieval
• Activity & restaurant bookings
• Spa appointments & yoga classes
• Cocktail classes and gin making at Still Waters distillery
• Garden / Orchard tours with the head chef
• Booking air travel to and from Queenstown
• Suggest walks and rides in the area
